We are seeking a Construction Project Manager for Critical Environments to lead low-voltage and ML rack infrastructure projects in Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States. This full-time Owners Representative role requires 4-5 days on-site, with schedule adjustments based on client needs. Responsibilities include independently managing the full scope of projects while mentoring teams; leading risk management, schedule, and budget recovery; and ensuring the client's vision as a trusted partner. You will manage design platforms (Autodesk/Procore), coordinate with A&E partners, oversee construction administration, and support change management. The role also covers financial management (invoicing and value-added opportunities) and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Requirements include 4+ years of construction project management experience; a degree in a construction-related discipline; 2+ years managing critical-environment builds (data centers, labs, hospitals); 3+ years focusing on telecommunications, low-voltage, and fiber optics; experience overseeing design, installation, and commissioning of structured cabling/low-voltage networks and high-density AI/ML compute infrastructure (40kW-100kW+ per rack); and 2+ years of MEP experience in ground-up construction.
