Exclusive Landscaping Group, a premier full-service landscaping, irrigation, and landscape construction company serving Florida, is seeking an on-site Account Manager for our Orlando, Florida location. In this role you will build and maintain strong client relationships while managing daily service operations and leading a team of 12-25 employees across 3-5 landscape maintenance crews. You will coordinate with the enhancements, irrigation, agronomy, and arbor care divisions to ensure seamless service delivery for residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities include client relationship management, proactive communication with stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service, educating clients on horticultural best practices, conducting landscape quality assessments, and assisting with property improvements plans and annual budgets. Qualifications: proven experience in customer account management within commercial landscaping or related industries; operations management experience in the commercial landscape sector; exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software; bachelor’s or associate degree preferred; conversational Spanish is a plus; relevant industry certifications (NALP, irrigators license, applicators license, etc.) are a plus.
