Overview: As a Technical Program Manager in Google's Privacy, Safety and Security (PSS) Tech Foundations and Research (TFR) PMO, you will drive the PSS Reliability Program, a key pillar of the 2026 System Maturity initiative. You will partner with cross-functional TPMs, Software Engineers (SWE), and SRE leads across PSS pillars to improve the reliability and quality of our core Ring 0/1 systems. You will translate top-down directives into pragmatic solutions, influence team priorities, and define program management best practices. This role requires navigating ambiguity, executive communication, and strong technical judgment to assess developer burden and advocate for reliability. You will help establish PSS-wide commitments to remediate high-risk areas and ensure exceptional reliability for Google's security and safety infrastructure.
