Position: Assistant Night Operations Team Lead at Food City in Tucson, Arizona. You will direct night crew personnel to meet department service levels and merchandising goals, communicate with the store team lead and merchandising manager, and order products to maintain adequate stock across grocery, non-foods, health and beauty (HBC), frozen foods, and liquor. You will stock and merchandise general department products according to sales and merchandising standards, unload trailers, receive and audit merchandise, position cases in the warehouse or on the sales floor, and build attractive displays. You will monitor pricing, signage, and placement, and ensure proper use of shelf tags. You will keep work areas and warehouses clean and orderly, and rotate perishable products to maintain quality and safety. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other physical tasks.
