The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, hands-on technical leadership, and end-to-end data solutions that deliver trusted, actionable insights to Navy mission stakeholders. Key responsibilities include designing scalable analytics solutions, building and optimizing data models, databases, and data pipelines; creating advanced visualizations and dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools; conducting complex statistical analyses and developing predictive models using R or Python; presenting findings to executive leadership; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into Navy enterprise systems.
