Key responsibilities: - Lead large HV/LV/SCADA projects, including replacement and repair campaigns of HV infrastructure (export and inter-array cables and associated components) and mechanical/electrical work on foundations, turbines, and offshore substations. - Manage complex technical projects involving high voltage, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and cost constraints. - Oversee multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, operations, HSE, logistics, and external contractors. - Support in developing and digitalizing department processes and tools, including the Fast Response Plan and critical spares program. - Plan, organize, and mobilize resources; obtain relevant approvals; monitor KPIs (progress, cost, risks, health and safety). - Ensure appropriate solutions for stakeholders; support procurement for technical content and contracting topics; maintain offshore presence as required. - Capture lessons learned, ensure as-built records are correctly stored, and close pun
