Grey Barn is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Sales Manager for the Northwest Arkansas territory. This field-based, full-time W-2 role is performed on-site across Northwest Arkansas (Springdale, Arkansas area) with travel to commercial properties. You will own the Northwest Arkansas commercial territory, prospect property managers, facility managers, HOAs, multifamily operators, retail centers, office properties, industrial sites, schools and churches, and build a book of recurring revenue through maintenance contracts. Responsibilities include generating your own qualified opportunities, conducting discovery meetings, performing site walks to determine scope, preparing accurate estimates and professional proposals, and selling profitable work with target margins. You will coordinate clean handoffs to operations, focus on renewals and account growth, and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene. The role demands proactive market development, strong negotiation, and the ability to forecast and manage a growing book of business.
