International Account Executive I is responsible for developing Ocean/Air and Import/Export customer accounts by acting as a liaison between licensed customs brokers, agents, Ocean/Air terminal operators, and customers. This role includes preparing quotes and all required shipping documentation for customers and overseas agents, coordinating the routing of import and export bookings, dispatching pickups, and tracking and tracing shipments. Responsibilities include: Timely preparation of rates and quotes for customers and overseas agents; Coordinating routing of import/export bookings with carriers; Reviewing shipping instructions to ensure alignment with country regulations, export compliance, rates, and routing information; Supporting the development of existing and new customers; Collaborating with customers, carriers, and agent representatives on air, ocean, import, and export products; Preparing necessary shipping documentation (HAWB/MAWB, AES, manifests, shipping instructions, Haz Cargo declarations, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc.); Dispatching pickups to authorized agents and drayage companies, shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, clearing agents, warehouses, and other parties involved in the shipment; Tracking and tracing shipments, resolving billing or shipping discrepancies, and communicating with customers and vendors; Acting as a liaison with customs brokers, agents, and ocean and air terminal operators. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus; Prior experience in freight forward
