Program Manager – Day Program and Employment Supports – Hopkins, MN (On-site)
We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Day Program and Employment Support Services in Hopkins, Minnesota. The role involves managing the assigned program, supervising and training Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and ensuring the quality and regulatory compliance of services. The Program Manager will also manage administrative functions, reporting, and on-call coverage across additional programs as needed.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Supervise and train Direct Support Professionals; conduct monthly staff meetings; write and complete evaluations for DSPs.
- Provide direct care as needed to meet program requirements.
- Lead meetings with parents/guardians, teachers, work program staff, and case managers.
- Assist in developing and implementing person-centered plans and outcomes; write progress reviews and recommend changes.
- Assist in writing behavioral programming with the Director as applicable.
- Complete person served paperwork in compliance with 245D.
- Develop and connect with community resources to support successful community integration.
- Participate in on-call coverage rotation for after-hours or weekend needs across programs.
- Preferred: Experience supervising staff in a social service field; Certificate, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
- Required: 21+ years old; valid vehicle with current insurance; acceptable driving record per Meridian Services policy; successful DHS Background Study clearance; proficiency
