What You’ll Do: - Create and maintain all projects and expenses in BST11, updating contracts, budgets, and tasks. - Collaborate with Project Managers on project setup, budget tracking, and client billings; provide BST11 ERP guidance. - Prepare and process monthly client billings; supervise invoicing by other Project Cost Accountants. - Improve and document monthly accounting workflows; address end-of-month and end-of-year reporting for multiple discipline groups. - Work with the Managing Principal to set and track the overall reporting center budget. - Conduct A/R inquiries to monitor collections; provide financial information to Project Managers. - Coordinate with corporate accounting to meet deadlines; contribute ideas for process improvement. - Coordinate with three project cost accountants; two lead billing for other offices.

Qualifications: - At least 5 years of cost accounting experience in a professional office environment. - BA in accounting/finance/economics preferred; AA with similar focus acceptable. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power BI), Outlook, Wo
