The successful candidate will coordinate architects, engineers, and suppliers to deliver compliant projects, track critical milestones, and ensure governance, processes, and best practices are applied. Responsibilities include producing formal project status reports, monitoring multiple projects to ensure design standards are followed, managing supplier interfaces through regular trackers and reviews, and ensuring timely communication within the project team. You will forecast and update milestones and budget, manage local design teams, and provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders. The role requires rapid responses to RFIs, and expertise in cost control, value engineering, and constructability. You will conduct independent reviews of status reports, drawings, timelines, and costs, and assist with client relationship development to maximize opportunities. The position emphasizes strategic thinking, knowledge management, and process improvement. SOX controls may be part of this role where applicable. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field, strong organizational and management skills, effective presentation skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and other construction project management tools.
