Responsibilities - Lead enterprise-wide quality and performance improvement initiatives across wellness, acute, post-acute, chronic, and palliative services. - Facilitate multidisciplinary workgroups, coordinate performance improvement initiatives, and develop clinical decision support tools. - Conduct root cause analyses, benchmark performance, and develop actionable recommendations to support continuous improvement. - Ensure accountability for project implementation and follow-through. - Communicate effectively with senior leadership and external practitioners.

Requirements - Master’s degree in a health care related field or RN license required. - At least 10 years of performance improvement and/or quality experience in a health system setting. - Minimum 7 years of project coordination experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with commonly used project management and performance improvement tools (e.g., Gantt charts, control charts). - Ability to develop,
