This on-site role leads the sales team, sets targets, and ensures staff performance aligns with our standards of excellence. The Sales Manager will conduct market research, develop plans for acquiring new business, mentor and train sales representatives and merchandisers, and coordinate with buyers, operations, and sales support to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include presenting profitable programs to customers, managing departmental budgets, leading regular team meetings, and maintaining knowledge of retail markets and Anchorage market conditions.
