Kutol Products Company is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee the filling line on all shifts at our Sharonville, Ohio facility. The role involves setup, operation, cleaning out, and changeovers of the line, directing teammates to meet production goals and produce quality products, and completing required paperwork to ensure FDA and cGMP compliance. Qualifications include mechanical aptitude, ability to lead a team, reading skills to follow work orders and customer specifications, attention to detail, and basic math. Prior experience in an FDA or cGMP environment is a plus. Starting pay is $22.00/hour with an additional $1.00/hour shift differential for second/third shift, and production bonuses and profit-sharing when we succeed as a team.
