This on-site, United States-based role is responsible for posting IT/technology positions, sourcing, screening applicants, and addressing recruiting inquiries from internal staff. The specialist will nurture relationships with prospective talent and partner with hiring managers to identify and hire qualified technology professionals, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Compensation is a non-exempt position with a target hourly rate of $36.06 to $38.46 and will be influenced by local and federal wage requirements, education, experience, and location. Core responsibilities include consulting with hiring managers to define qualifications, managing the recruiting process (posting, screening, interviewing, offers, and paperwork), developing sourcing strategies, removing expired postings, building a pipeline with colleges and universities, staying current on tech trends, and meeting recruiting metrics. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (an associate degree related to the position preferred), at least three years of corporate or agency IT recruiting experience (four years preferred), excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, strong organization, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS systems, and a commitment to company values.
