About the role

MAC.BID is seeking a full-time, salaried Scan Team Lead to oversee an on-site scanning operation in Las Vegas, Nevada. This hands-on supervisor leads a team of associates who prepare items for online auctions. Reports include inspection, scanner, and put-away personnel, and the position reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Scan items quickly and accurately into the auction system to create online listings
Research products online and capture high-quality photos (screenshot and crop) for listings
Correct inaccurate listings using proprietary software
Lift and move items as needed and organize them according to the warehouse racking system
Act as the subject-matter expert for all department positions
Ensure team members receive adequate training and support
Help the team meet performance goals to drive company growth
Communicate with the GM on escalated matters
Manage timesheets and assist with disciplinary actions as needed
Contribute to performance evaluations
Coordinate with the supervisory team and other departments
Perform other duties as assigned; forklift certification may be required based on business needs
Availability to work on-site; schedules may vary, typically 8-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday depending on location
Ability to lift 25 lb alone or 50 lb with team lift
Ability to follow written directions and company policies
High school diploma or equivalent
Healthcare after 60 days
