This role focuses on selling nonstandard auto insurance and, when appropriate, homeowners or health insurance, while helping clients choose the best coverage. Responsibilities include soliciting new business, maintaining strong relationships with current customers to achieve sales goals, and ensuring accurate records in the agency management system. A Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required; Confie will support you in obtaining one. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The ideal candidate has sales or customer service experience and a passion for helping people, with strong communication and organizational skills. We provide paid training and licensing, inbound leads and walk-in traffic, uncapped commissions, a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, paid time off, and additional voluntary programs.
