This on-site role involves building relationships, advising customers on hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and guiding them through the Cosmoprof loyalty program. You will set up advertising displays, highlight promotions, and complete transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory needs. The position supports a range of schedules to accommodate personal needs and reflects Cosmoprof’s culture values. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of retail sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read product labels, follow directions, and perform other duties as assigned.
