AG Consulting Partners, Inc. is a Redmond-based boutique consulting firm seeking a proactive and adaptable Talent Acquisition Manager to support all aspects of the firm's recruiting function. In this role you will process requisitions, manage applications and postings, and use an applicant tracking system to track applicants and metrics. You will lead candidate intake and discovery calls, partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies that ensure timely and effective hires while elevating the candidate experience. You will source candidates using a variety of standard and specialized techniques, build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership, and develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives. You will contribute ideas to recruitment improvements, help strengthen AG Consulting Partners' employment brand, and provide proactive reporting of key metrics to guide decision-making.
