Indiana University Health is seeking an Imaging Services Team Lead for the Diagnostic Radiology department in Bloomington, Indiana. This on-site leadership position plans workflow and staffing within the department and provides functional guidance to staff to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across pediatric through geriatric populations. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, prior IR experience, and active RT(R) registration with ARRT, plus a Radiologic Technologist license from the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required, and the ability to maneuver equipment and adjust patient positioning as needed. Schedule: four shifts per week, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On-call duties include roughly one evening per week, every fourth weekend, and two holidays per year. Must live within 45 minutes of the facility. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.
