The Project Manager owns the fulfillment of assigned projects, overseeing the order process for educational fixtures and furniture from order entry through installation and punch list resolution. This role leads through planning, coordination, and clear communication with customers, vendors, installers, and the Studio team to ensure on-time delivery, quality outcomes, and project profitability. Key responsibilities include project planning and coordination, administration, installation implementation, on-site leadership, and project close-out, acting as a single point of contact for clients and suppliers. Frequent and/or overnight travel is required, and the position offers a hybrid work arrangement in the Dallas, TX area. Applicants must reside in the Dallas area or surrounding communities and be willing to travel throughout the South Central territory, including New Mexico, Arizona, Oklahoma, and other parts of Texas. Qualifications include proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce, familiarity with Meteor-specific software including Insights Customer Portal and ERP, and a college degree or work experience equivalent. An MVR check is required; a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are necessary. A Project Management accreditation (PMP) is a plus. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. The orientation and onboarding process includes an in-person cultural orientation in Gainesville, FL, and may involve travel for company meetings or events.
