Key responsibilities include full-cycle accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor management); payroll and benefits administration; month-end close with journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations; preparation of quarterly financial packages; expense report audits; and general operational support. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or an Associate degree with 3+ years of bookkeeping/operations experience; at least 3 years of accounting experience; proficiency with QuickBooks Online or a similar ERP; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data organization); familiarity with tools such as Gusto, Bill.com, and Slack; and attributes including high integrity and extreme attention to detail.
