Responsibilities

What we are looking for:

Analyze performance data across social media and marketing campaigns (paid and organic)
Create client-facing reports in PowerPoint or equivalent tools, highlighting trends, insights, and strategic recommendations
Identify meaningful KPIs and select appropriate metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
Choose visualizations that effectively tell the performance story
Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Support data quality checks and help maintain reporting accuracy
Collaborate with the analytics team on performance trends, testing ideas, and tool improvements
Assist with monthly performance reviews, including writing insights and building report materials
Partner with the team (including another analyst focused on dashboarding and data strategy) to improve overall data products and explore new analytics tools
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices
