As a Technical Product Manager at Edmentum, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality, technically feasible solutions for educators and learners. You will lead significant components of complex initiatives within a defined product area—bridging strategy and execution, shaping technical discovery, and coordinating closely with Engineering, Product, and Design to ensure clarity, feasibility, and smooth delivery. Your work will contribute to predictable, scalable outcomes across our digital learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Translate product strategy into clear, actionable technical plans and requirements for your product area.
Lead technical discovery, including MVP definitions, feasibility exploration, spikes, and prototypes to inform solution direction.
Surface technical trade-offs, dependencies, and non-functional requirements, collaborating with Engineering and Architecture.
Partner with Engineering Managers during planning to align work with capacity, sequencing, and delivery constraints.
Build and maintain the technical roadmap and backlog, ensuring user stories are outcome-oriented and execution-ready.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment so teams share understanding of priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Define success metrics and use data to assess post-launch performance, quality, and alignment with product objectives.
