The role provides excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases and returns and processes orders efficiently. You will help drive electrical distribution sales, develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, and support showroom, counter, and warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, shipping, and deliveries. Stay informed on product knowledge and assist inside sales as needed. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with 1+ years of electrical distribution experience and a High School diploma or GED preferred. Knowledge of electrical products (lighting, switchgear, controls, and related commodities) is advantageous. Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds; typical exposure to a busy retail/warehouse environment. California pay range is $19.06 to $23.82 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law.
