We are seeking an independent, motivated Project Manager for Professional Services who can own projects from initiation through completion, coordinating client teams, management, and technical resources to produce consolidated project plans, status reports, and metrics.

Responsibilities include: - Develop a full understanding of customer requirements and define project deliverables and outcomes. - Plan, organize, and manage resources to achieve project goals from initiation to successful delivery. - Develop and monitor schedules to ensure timely completion. - Assist with project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource needs. - Identify risks, mitigate issues, and communicate status to stakeholders. - Lead status meetings, maintain issues and risks logs, and prepare meeting minutes and status reports. - Coordinate with service providers to resolve integration issues. - Interface with business and technical management to facilitate resolution of priorities. - Monitor progress to ensure objectives are met. - Manage remote resources and projects; prioritize requests from business and technical teams. - Protect project scope and set expectations with customers. - Experience within an IT service provider environment is advantageous. - Relevant project management certification is a plus. - Must be able to travel to New York City once a month.
