Foxhole Technology is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise IT services program that supports the development, administration, maintenance, and modernization of mission-critical application systems. The Program Manager will supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering IT services across cybersecurity, system lifecycle management, information management in on-premises and cloud environments, data center operations, network infrastructure, telecommunications, software and hardware management, software development, data science and engineering, service desk operations, and end-user support. The role serves as the primary contractor point of contact and provides strategic leadership to ensure successful program execution, technical delivery, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
