We are seeking a Loan Application Support Team Lead to mentor and coach representatives, ensuring a positive customer experience and operational efficiency. The role partners with management to guide the team toward maximum productivity and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Manage metrics, performance criteria, and policies to improve representatives' productivity
Review quality assurance reports, customer survey responses, and error reports; coach to achieve the expected customer experience
Identify trends, recommend solutions to improve performance and engagement
Support employee engagement through rewards and recognition tools
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

3+ years of contact center experience
Strong leadership skills (previous management experience not required if not managing a team)
Relevant experience in lending operations
Effective problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
Hourly rate: $21.00–$23.00; actual rate based on qualifications; potential commission/bonus
Hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesday–Thursday; remote on Monday and Friday
Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) matching (Roth option for US employees)
