Boiler Tube Company of America (BTA) is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our team in Lyman, South Carolina. The role supports the end-to-end execution of customer projects from order entry through installation and closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. You will lead order reviews to verify contractual, technical, schedule, and material requirements; resolve discrepancies; allocate material; establish milestone billing; and confirm delivery and logistics expectations. You will coordinate customer communication, status reporting, project scheduling (P6), meetings, inspections, and site visits; act as the liaison between Customer, Engineering, Procurement, Production Control, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics throughout all project phases. You will support design and procurement by facilitating RFIs, approval drawings, subcontracted design efforts, requisitions, vendor coordination, and resolution of cost or scope variances. You will collaborate with Production Control to develop and maintain accurate project schedules, incorporating material readiness, inspections, and key milestones. You will monitor fabrication progress, material supply, vendor performance, nonconformances, and delivery execution, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
