Infinity is seeking a compassionate, quick-thinking Dispatch Account Executive to join our inbound customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, haulers, and fleet partners requiring emergency roadside assistance, coordinating dispatch of service providers quickly and accurately, and delivering calm, empathetic support in urgent situations.
What you'll do: - Listen actively, show empathy, and guide customers through emergencies. - Dispatch service providers and provide real-time updates. - Problem-solve under pressure and document interactions accurately. - Maintain clear communication with customers, providers, and clients. - Adapt to diverse call types and multiple technology platforms.

What we're looking for: - 6+ months of customer service experience; experience in call centers, dispatch, hospitality, or similar is a plus. - Type 25+ WPM with accuracy; strong verbal and written communication. - Proficient with CRM, mapping tools (Google Maps), and dispatch software. - Ability to stay composed and provide real-time updates in fast-paced environments. - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical requirements: - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
Shift options: - 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM - 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (alternate days) - 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (various days)
