Responsibilities include: abiding by Fair Housing Laws; actively participating in leasing; overseeing financial activities and banking; resolving resident issues and encouraging renewals; inspecting property quality; prioritizing the work of on-site staff; collecting rent and issuing five-day notices of eviction; hiring and disciplining employees; supervising on-site security; fostering positive resident relations; preparing financial reports; liaising with outside contractors; overseeing building repairs and timely completion; participating in annual budget preparation; attending corporate meetings; approving and submitting invoices; and performing other duties as assigned. Occasional duties include scheduling property improvements; preparing maintenance orders and supply requisitions; and supervising pool personnel.
