Enlightened is seeking a Senior Account Executive to develop strong relationships with health care providers and drive performance for core providers on risk-based or cost-sharing value-based care (VBC) arrangements, as well as large health system contracts. This hybrid role is based in our Washington, DC office, with four days in the office and one day remote each week.
Position Overview: The Senior Account Executive will support network development and management strategies, assist leadership with provider satisfaction, education, and communication, and participate in and implement Provider Network education programs. The role involves training, mentoring, and supporting new Account Executives, as well as hospital and physician network development, including joint operating committees (JOCs) and quality review meetings with targeted providers and health systems.
