Aria Care Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals across multiple facilities. This role partners with hiring managers, leadership, and HR to develop effective recruitment strategies, attract top talent, maintain accurate reporting, and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process. You will proactively build talent pipelines, utilize diverse sourcing techniques including cold outreach, maintain recruitment reports, and move candidates through the hiring process efficiently.
Key responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management). - Achieve a minimum of 20 accepted offers per quarter after onboarding. - Conduct initial outreach within 24 hours of application; maintain engagement throughout the process. - Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner. - Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for an assigned service line. - Lead weekly recruiting meetings with hiring leaders; provide updates on open positions, pipeline status, challenges, and strategies. - Build strong relationships with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and staffing priorities. - Proactively source candidates for every open requisition; build pools of passive candidates. - Develop pools of passive candidates for future opportunities and create strategic sourcing plans for difficult-to-fill positions. - Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates via calls, t
