Accounts Receivables Team Lead
This position offers national remote work with the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere in the United States. For employees located in Minneapolis, Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C. areas, there is an in-office requirement of a minimum of four days per week.

Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Assist the Operations Manager with projects, provide support, conduct staff audits, and train staff on AR follow-up functions.
- May assist with AR follow-up of all payers, including resolution of denials, handling all correspondence related to insurance or patient accounts, contacting insurance carriers, patients and other facilities to maximize payments.
- Manage EDI transactions and ERA files, including reconciling carrier submissions, edits and rejection reports; back up data entry, payment posting and reconciliation as needed.
- Research and resolve accounts appearing on Aged AR reports, Payment and Credit Balance reports; make appropriate decisions to maximize reimbursement.
- Review and approve refunds and RFIs and request for additional information as needed.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager, other Team Leads, and the AR team to achieve goals.
- High School Diploma or GED
