Renova One is seeking an experienced Account Executive to own and grow an established, multi-million-dollar book of business in the multi-family flooring space. The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring project execution, and expanding service lines over time by deepening partnerships with property managers and key decision-makers.

Responsibilities include owning and retaining an existing book of business, maintaining relationships with property managers, and acting as the primary point of contact for all account needs; identifying opportunities to expand services within existing accounts (turnkey, restoration, etc.); driving growth by increasing share of wallet across current customers; measuring and scoping flooring and renovation work using CAD or similar systems (Measure Square experience a plus); collaborating with sales leadership and teammates to support market growth; utilizing CRM and internal systems to manage accounts and track activity (Salesforce upcoming CRM implementation); maintaining accurate account documentation.
