Job Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer on Pilot Experience Solutions, you will own product experiences that accompany pilots from initial training through professional milestones. You will work across React Native and native iOS applications, with a focus on offline-first architecture and data synchronization that keeps pilots’ logbooks accurate and available with or without connectivity. This is a high-ownership, high-agency individual contributor role: you will be trusted to make architectural calls, ship independently, and raise the technical bar for the engineers around you, with AI tools and workflows as a default part of how you build.
