We are seeking an Account Executive to drive growth of our AI solutions within the legal and professional services markets in the United States. As one of the early members of our US commercial team, you will help establish and scale Newcode's presence in the US market.

What you'll do: - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including demonstrations, contracting, onboarding, and expansion. - Build and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound opportunities, networking, and relationship building. - Develop relationships with key decision-makers, understand their challenges, and align Newcode’s solutions with their goals. - Conduct tailored product demonstrations and evaluations that showcase the value and impact of Newcode’s AI solutions. - Collaborate with Engineering, Legal Engineering, and Marketing to incorporate feedback and deliver successful outcomes. - Achieve and exceed revenue goals with a strong focus on customer experience. - Manage pipeline forecasting, CRM hygiene, and sales performance metrics. - Help develop Newcode’s sales processes, messaging, and go-to-market strategy as we scale. - Represent Newcode at customer meetings, industry events, and other market-facing opportunities.
