About the role

Surfshark is seeking a Front-End Developer to join the Web Team in Vilnius, Lithuania. You will build and maintain fast, high-performing web interfaces across our custom CMS and landing pages, contribute to scaling our internal design system to keep components reusable and consistent, and focus on Core Web Vitals and accessibility (A11y) as a default. You will explore integrating AI tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to ship better work faster. You will work side by side with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate business goals into usable products.

Proven experience building with React and TypeScript; a performance-minded mindset with the ability to identify and fix slow areas; comfort with modern web stacks like Next.js and headless CMS setups; strong problem-solving skills; clear communication and a proactive attitude.
