RealPage is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the creation, maintenance, and growth of our multifamily SaaS product offerings for a specific product area. This individual contributor role collaborates with engineering across a global organization and reports to the Director of Product Management.

Responsibilities include: - Creating product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for product modules or add-on products. - Leading process modeling and translating customer needs into requirements. - Planning, designing, and analyzing user requirements for development. - Breaking down requirements into epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria. - Identifying cross-product dependencies and impacts. - Delivering demos as needed and triaging product maintenance issues. - Applying broad knowledge to resolve core problems and suggest process improvements. - Coordinating and monitoring multiple scrum teams and backlog refinement. - Planning, prioritizing, and organizing multiple work streams. - Conducting customer interactions (discovery, user groups).
