Speechify is seeking a Platform Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs that power our text-to-speech platform. The Platform team owns APIs across payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text-to-speech, and external integrations. This role focuses on building scalable backend systems, aligning architecture with product strategy, and delivering excellent developer and user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise customers and B2B integrations. Ideal candidates have backend experience with TypeScript/Node.js, cloud experience (GCP preferred; knowledge of AWS or Azure is a plus), and familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes).
