About the role
Chefs’ Toys, a TriMark Company, is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth across National Accounts, MURC, and GPO partnerships in an on-site role in Los Angeles, CA. This growth-oriented sales position focuses on hunting for new opportunities, securing profitable new business, and expanding TriMark’s market presence by building relationships with senior decision-makers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new national accounts, MURC, and GPO partnerships.
- Pursue white-space growth opportunities and expand share of wallet within target sectors.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and act as the primary driver of new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to maximize profitability and growth.
- Create compelling proposals and negotiate terms that balance customer satisfaction with profitability.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and track sales activity and revenue growth against targets.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and affiliated Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account success.
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and finance to implement opportunities profitably.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or new account acquisition with a proven track record.
- Experience with national accounts, GPO, or multi-unit regional chains (MURC) preferred.
