Customer Success Specialist (Americas) – Remote
Hunter is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our fully remote team. This role blends customer support and customer success to help users get value from Hunter, whether they are starting out or scaling their use. The position reports to the Head of Customer Success and works with a small, collaborative team.
Responsibilities
About you:
- Handle inbound conversations via Intercom (email and chat) and provide fast, clear, and helpful answers.
- Work with AI-assisted support: AI handles the majority of requests; you step in for complex conversations, troubleshoot edge cases, and help improve AI deflection over time.
- Collect product feedback and bug reports, document with clear reproduction steps, and keep users informed.
- Onboarding and retention: identify users who need help getting started or maximizing their plan, and proactively assist.
- Upsell opportunities: spot inbound qualified upsell leads and forward them to the Account Management team.
- Improve internal processes: tag conversations, refresh saved replies, and keep documentation accurate and up to date.
- Knowledge sharing: stay informed about product updates and participate in product webinars every two weeks.
- After onboarding, gradually own a defined area of Customer Success while continuing dedicated support hours daily.
- You are comfortable with the CET schedule (17:00–02:00) as a long-term arrangement; remote work experience is essential.
- You are tech-savvy, a self-starter, with strong verbal and written communication.
