This position is for a Behavioral Health Clinical Program Manager (Case Management) who will oversee a remote team of Behavioral Health Advocates responsible for case management of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services across Missouri, Wisconsin, and Kentucky for our Commercial and Specialty markets. Case managers may work with members by phone or in the field. The work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Time, and may include some holidays. The position is remote with Missouri licensure and residency required. Primary responsibilities include overseeing behavioral health care managers across diverse populations, setting team direction, ensuring adherence to key metrics, coordinating care with internal and external partners, overseeing regulatory interactions, hiring and onboarding staff, and supporting product implementations and state initiatives.
