Oracle HCM Product Owner responsible for the functional support, enhancement, and strategic roadmap of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Workforce Management. This role serves as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure HCM solutions effectively support operations, compliance, and the employee experience. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the Oracle HCM product roadmap, prioritizing and delivering system enhancements, managing the product backlog, leading user acceptance testing, and driving continuous improvement of HCM processes. The candidate will evaluate Oracle quarterly releases and emerging technologies to identify business value and efficiency opportunities, explore AI-enabled capabilities, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cross-functional processes. In addition, the role supports data governance, reporting, audit requirements, and KPI measurement, and may participate in training and mentoring of technical staff. This is a remote-friendly position with potential on-site work depending on client projects; travel may be required.
