Commvault is seeking an experienced Customer Support Engineer to join the UK Server Focus Group in Reading, United Kingdom. The Server team focuses on the CommServe platform and the technologies that underpin it. Commvault is seeking an experienced Customer Support Engineer to join the UK Server Focus Group in Reading, United Kingdom. This senior role provides advanced technical support for complex issues related to the CommvServe platform and its associated technologies. You will work directly with enterprise customers to investigate critical issues, drive root cause analysis, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to deliver timely resolutions. Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for complex issues relating to the CommvServe platform and related technologies.
Troubleshoot workflows, automation, reporting and monitoring, authentication and authorization, security and RBAC, CommServe administration and configuration, networking and connectivity.
Analyze logs, diagnostics, SQL queries, and application behavior to identify root causes and resolve customer issues.
Deliver best-in-class support for business-critical and time-sensitive customer situations.
Work independently and in collaboration with global teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
Reproduce customer-reported issues in internal lab environments and provide detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Support CommServe-related web technologies including Microsoft IIS and Apache Tomcat.
Collaborate with Development, Engineering, and Escalation teams to drive s
