Account Executive

Athlon is seeking an entry-level Account Executive to join our Client Services team and support the delivery of excellent client service across multiple client projects. This role is designed for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to build a career in account management. You will assist with account administration, client communication, internal reporting, and agency-led initiatives. You will collaborate with client leads and the internal studio team on live projects, pitches, and new business, taking ownership of administrative housekeeping. As you gain experience, you will take on increasing levels of responsibility and eventually lead your own projects and manage more complex client work. With mentorship from the wider client service team, you will develop a strong understanding of Athlon's client management processes, build commercial awareness, and deepen strategic thinking. Your success will be measured by your organizational skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to your work, your clients and your team.
