Ciklum is seeking a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our team in Poland on a full-time basis. As part of the Product Engine team, you will help test and validate a cloud-native system that manages the entire credit lifecycle for a global Financial Services Provider focused on responsible credit in international markets. The project consolidates technology delivery to a single partner to drive efficiency and operational excellence. Responsibilities: • Minimum 5 years’ practical experience in system testing and acceptance • Experience with agile delivery methodologies including SCRUM • Perform manual testing of web applications and API testing using Postman, Newman, and YAML • Access and query databases using SQL Server Management Studio and navigate servers via RDP • Monitor and access logging via AWS components such as CloudWatch and Kibana • Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts and the broader team to maintain a high-quality QA practice Requirements: • Proficient with Postman (API), Appium (UI), and Sequel • Proficient with AWS and JIRA/Confluence • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with technical peers and stakeholders • Ability to prioritize workloads and escalate issues as needed • Proficient in accessibility testing (OS screen readers) • Willingness to learn broader systems knowledge to support integration and regression testing Desirable: • Novice proficiency in X-ray for managing test cases What’s in it for you? • Strong community and a friendly, open environment • Growth opportunities on large-scale projects with global
