What You'll Do: - Trade Strategy & Investment: Provide trade strategy and promotional effectiveness insights by analyzing promotional performance, spend trends, and business results to identify opportunities and inform commercial recommendations. - Partner with Sales to develop customer-specific promotional plans, recommending promotional mechanics, investment levels, retailer-specific tactics, and expected financial outcomes to optimize trade spend. - Drive trade investment visibility by partnering with Sales and Strategic & Analytics to improve spend classification, tracking, slotting visibility, and pacing against plan through Salesforce and reporting tools. - Evaluate promotional ROI and performance learnings, translating insights into recommendations that improve future customer plans and trade investment decisions. - Partner with Finance on customer P&Ls, net revenue, and trade investment analysis to support informed business decisions. - Digital Shopper Marketing: Develop the digital shopper marketing strategy and annual program roadmap, defining campaign priorities, investment plans,
