Salary ranges from $87,000 to $94,000 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities include maintaining patch management, monitoring, and daily maintenance of both on-premises and cloud-based systems; documenting systems, components, maintenance, and support processes; collaborating with developers and consultants to assess needs and support goals; providing off-hours support for networks, customers, and employees when required; implementing solutions designed by senior engineers and architects; and participating in technology projects. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, 3–5 years of experience in network technology environments, and experience with Office 365, Azure, Windows operating systems, Hyper-V, and Exchange Server; knowledge of disaster recovery, fault tolerance, high availability, and patch management.
