LSAC is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join the Infrastructure Team. The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the administration and operational support of enterprise infrastructure platforms, including Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, disaster recovery, and the overall network infrastructure. Salary ranges from $87,000 to $94,000 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities include maintaining patch management, monitoring, and daily maintenance of both on-premises and cloud-based systems; documenting systems, components, maintenance, and support processes; collaborating with developers and consultants to assess needs and support goals; providing off-hours support for networks, customers, and employees when required; implementing solutions designed by senior engineers and architects; and participating in technology projects. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, 3–5 years of experience in network technology environments, and experience with Office 365, Azure, Windows operating systems, Hyper-V, and Exchange Server; knowledge of disaster recovery, fault tolerance, high availability, and patch management.
