Territory Account Manager — Oils & Lubricants
Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Territory Account Manager to drive sales and revenue growth in the Mid-Atlantic region. This remote role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our oils and lubricant products and services.
Essential Functions: - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate target markets and accounts within the territory. - Build and manage strong client relationships; serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach. - Promote product features, benefits, and applications; conduct presentations, demonstrations, and training as needed. - Track activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM; provide regular updates to management on performance and trends. - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical support to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction; relay market feedback to drive product and marketing strategies. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms; prepare proposals and agreements as required. - Stay informed about industry regulations, safety standards, and market trends in chemical distribution; ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
